Internal Procedures Guide

When I worked for the American Cancer Society’s internal Information Team, I wrote a guide instructing employees on the use of Lotus Notes. The Cancer Society housed all its policies and procedures in Lotus Notes, many of which I authored, maintained, and edited. This guide, authored in FrameMaker, showed employees how to use the database.

The Case for a Wiki

When I worked at the American Cancer Society, I proposed the enterprise move from LotusNotes to the more versatile, easier-to-use, and cost-effective Wiki to house its hundreds of policies and procedures.
